My husband and I make some financial goals at the start of every year. We made some head way in 2014 but we have a LOOOOONNNNNGGGG way to go. When I run the numbers, I realize it’s going to take years before we can scream, ”WE’RE DEBT FREE”, our ultimate goal. And 2015 is no different.

Once the time came, as a family, we decided on a cruise over Thanksgiving instead of Disney. So often, we don’t dream about our financial goals, because we are so entrenched in our challenges. The purpose is to cover any sudden expenses so that we didn’t go into more debt when dealing with them. Update: DONE Sept 2019!!
