My 2019 legs were way more powerful than my 2018 legs! But now I’ve gotten back into the habit of doing some weight lifting, and I am trying really hard to eat sufficient protein so I can build some muscle back. Then life deteriorated again on multiple fronts, and by last year, I was a little on the skinny side again.

My husband and I have four kids ranging from age 3-8, and I am a stay-at-home mom. I think I started reading FG regularly in 2018 or 2019. Being frugal allows me to stay at home with our little ones, which was always a goal of mine, and my husband has been very supportive of that. canned peaches = summer in a jar 2.
