I think I started reading FG regularly in 2018 or 2019. My husband and I bought our first home in 2013 when interest rates and housing prices were pretty low. 2 – Save $10k in a savings account, specifically earmarked for medical expenses. We blew through our health savings account, and now need to save another $10k so we’re not caught off guard if another emergency were to happen. Save for a camper upgrade. This will take us most of the year.
