Nicole, a Simply CVS reader, emailed the following information and photo to me today to share with you all: "I stopped at a Cvs near work downtown Chicago. They had the Cottonelle backup holders for 1.99 and get back 1.99 in ECB. However the item was not recognized by the register so they had to Manually print the ECB for me."
