Saving SAHM Sanity

I still enjoy setting goals, but knowing I'll be in school full time from the end of January-May, then again from September-December, I'm keeping my goals simple-ish. Be physically active for 15 minutes a day. Do some type of stress reduction activity daily. Meditate or write in a gratitude journal.
