Buy in the Off Season. It makes sense to buy summer clothes in summer, right? One of the best ways to find summer office shirts and slacks at a deep discount is to buy them in fall when stores are unloading stock they didn’t sell in summer. Buy second-hand. Crazy colored-ties are OK, though.
