If you are a parent, some day you will most likely become a grandparent. Being a grandparent is tons more fun than parenting. I only remember staying with them once without parents around. My parents were somewhat more interactive with their grandchildren (my kids). Yet you can enjoy loving them and being loved by them.

Having a baby is expensive. Most new parents are shocked by how much diapers, wipes, food, and baby necessities add up to be. I’m always amazed (and slightly overwhelmed) when I go up and down the baby aisles these days. Babies and toddlers are messy. Like, real expensive. You just don’t.

My parents have this Jumperoo for the grandkids when they come visit and my little girls absolutely loved it! Its newly designed frame allows you to open it up from the top, and lets the seat rotate 360 degrees so baby can play and interact from any side. It also includes lots of toys to play with while baby is jumping.

I am over a thousand miles away from my mom, and I feel bad that she can’t see me and her grandkids more often. Is Having a Baby Shower for a Second Child Greedy? I’m essentially an only child now, and I do feel some pressure in this role. What’s your opinion? Is there a perfect family size?
