All the flavors of apple pie in a moist cupcake and then topped with vanilla cinnamon frosting! Baking is usually not my thing, but this is the one time of year I actually enjoy it. While these cupcakes may look complicated, you’ll be surprised how easy they are! That said, I’m not the expert on baking with apples.
