We do put up decorations (ones I buy at garage sales or thrift stores and reuse each year). Mom’s black cape, some makeup and a piece of cardboard cut and painted black to make bats ears can make someone into Dracula. Cut it up, peel it, scrape it, bake it, then put it in the blender. Tip # 2 Recycle/reuse costumes.
