I’ve managed to be frugal and to cook at home consistently through a lot of different life situations (and a lot of challenges), so I think I’ll manage as a nurse too. Cooking at home is important to me for both monetary and health reasons (same goes for packing my lunch.) Got any input on these topics?

I grow my own garden in the summer instead of buying produce at the store; I make my own cleaning products to save money and be green; I make my own personal care products; I cook at home every night to avoid going out in order to save money and keep my health in check; I walk to and from work so I don’t have to pay for gas, etc.
