I admit to being slightly envious of those who make a good income from their blogs. I am in awe of those who make a full-time living from their blogs and even have to higher assistants so they don’t have to work 80 hours a week themselves keeping their blogs running. Connecting with like-minded people.

Also, right now they are offering three months free when you buy a three month plan , so it’s a pretty sweet time to switch. I saw on your blog you enjoyed both of them, and I love memoirs about survival and tenacious, creative people. In short, I definitely have less time to do Christmas activities as compared to years ago.

Ok, the real reason why I started a blog, just over four years ago now, was because I had all these ideas that I wanted to get out there. I haven't tried that hard to grow this blog because I have it more as a diary than a source of income. Full disclosure: I have not made a penny off this blog, ever! Because I like too!

My husband and I have four kids ranging from age 3-8, and I am a stay-at-home mom. Last year, to make a little extra cash, I started boarding dogs through Rover, and I am about to start a very very part time job using my RN license for a home care company. I love this blog because it feels like you are talking to a friend.

A few years back, I hit my all-time high by borrowing 126 books over the course of one year. I enjoy blogging and biking, and I usually cycle between 15 and 20 miles a day indoors when I’m not getting out to hit a bike trail. My mom cut coupons and sewed her own clothes and mine, as well. Yup, I’m a voracious reader. Go figure.
