I enjoy blogging and biking, and I usually cycle between 15 and 20 miles a day indoors when I’m not getting out to hit a bike trail. When they got married, they bought a duplex so that the rent money from the tenant in the upstairs apartment would pay the mortgage. Alan and I, by choice, bought land in an area with low property taxes.
