It is a perfect fit for me, as frugality is my hobby and passion, but I also find myself very attracted to the “go green” movement. The fact that the Prairie EcoThrifter focuses heavily on both topics – frugality and green living – really appealed to me. Think that is counter-productive to my frugal lifestyle?

I cannot believe I started this blog just over two years ago. My philosophy is to be balanced and that is why I not only focus on personal finance on this site but also discuss the other fundamentals of our existence: being healthy, living green, working hard, and giving back. I am still in shock.
