My son and I both deal with anxiety. It has also helped my son have full nights of sleep with less waking up, which has uplifted both of our moods! At night I diffuse it in my boys’ room to help them have a restful sleep. It was the first oil that I used in my diffuser and I immediately fell in love with it!

I checked out the Tide plus Febreze Freshness Sport, primarily to get rid of the odor’s rising out from my son’s hamper. Their Sleep Sheep saved my life as a new mom and while my younger son still uses the Sleep Sheep, my older son adores his Twilight Turtle. His favorite sound on the Sleep Sheep is the waves so having the wave sounds with the ocean waves will be a great way to transition him into his big boy bed later this year.
