I come from a family of three children, though one of my brothers died as an infant and the other died in his twenties. years old before his first sister was born, so we did have a (brief) taste of raising an only child. had an interesting article asking, what if we all had only one child? Meanwhile, I am mom to three kids.

Nicole’s take: My mother gave us our first Hanna Andersson clothing shortly after the babies were born and told me that it was my brother and sister in law’s favorite for my niece. I didn’t understand what the big deal was, to me baby clothes were baby clothes.

My father’s mother ended up in a nursing home and my parents have expressed a desire to be able to remain at home and hopefully will be able to do so with their long term care insurance. My mother’s parents never needed any long term care and both died otherwise very healthy, just of older age.
