I first tried Wilson Creek Winery’s Almond Champagne at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival this year and absolutely loved it. We wanted to run a fun, family business producing great wines from the conducive climate and soil of the Temecula Valley. The entire family is still involved. All opinions are my own.
