Since my kids play on the floors a lot I feel like I need to clean the floors often and that isn’t fun. I bought the Swiffer Sweepervac because it was light weight and would be easier to use on a daily basis over my heavy vacuum cleaner. I just throw them in the laundry with my other cleaning rags. Do you use a Swiffer?

Garage sale and thrift store furniture bargains abound. thoroughly vacuuming it off and re-applying several times. I used a shop vac, but any powerful vacuum would work. Decorative pillows and smaller cloth items can be spot cleaned, then tumbled in the clothes dryer to kill germs and freshen them.
