I went for a walk by the water, and when I got home, I decided to clean out my messy carport. Then I randomly decided to vacuum out and wipe down the inside of my van, since like most other things in my life, it had gotten a little messy over the semester. Midnight and I are not friends. There’s not a lot left in my bucket.

Lemons have great health benefits AND is a frugal way to clean your house instead of spending tons of dough on cleaning items. Clean discolored utensils with a cloth dipped in lemon juice. Toss used lemons into your garbage disposal to help keep it clean and smelling fresh. Wipe with a clean, wet cloth.

thoroughly vacuuming it off and re-applying several times. I used a shop vac, but any powerful vacuum would work. Decorative pillows and smaller cloth items can be spot cleaned, then tumbled in the clothes dryer to kill germs and freshen them. It had way too many coats of paint on it to ever be pretty again otherwise.

I’ve found over the years that a quick spray with diluted bleach or a cleanser with bleach after each cleaning keeps that mildew at bay. Cleaning shower walls is always a challenge (if you are trying to keep dry while doing it). If you wipe down the walls after each shower with a dry cloth, you can clean less often.
