As I planned my goals for 2012, I realized that I made only one goal for myself in 2011. Running wasn't new to me; I started running (to Dairy Queen) in college and ran my first 5k in my twenties. In October 2011, I finished my first half-marathon. I was racing to beat my personal goal of a 10 minute mile pace.

I stopped donating back in October 2021 because I was having a hard time fitting it into my schedule, but in June, they lured me back with a very nice Welcome Back promotion for my first 8 visits, which I finished up in July.

We originally (and naively) estimated that we would be done by end of 2016, however, 2016 was not been kind to us, and we moved this goal into 2017. Start college funds for our two girls. It was a reminder of our priorities. DONE November 2019.
