Although there are numerous aids available to assist you in composting, it all comes down to the fundamentals; make a pile of biodegradable matter and wait until it breaks down. According to most sources, such as Enviro News and Business there is no good way to re-cycle artificial trees (sounds like a business opportunity!). In addition, some trees are grown close to where they are used, lowering the transportation carbon emitted. However, over a period of several years, artificial trees can be cheaper.
