Some people keep their recipes on the computer, but I prefer my binder with its well-used, splattered pages. PK (pre-kids), I trained and competed in sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. I had to chuckle when I saw my training calendar from 2004, the year before our first daughter was born. Let us know in the comments.
