Living in Indy and being so close to Indianapolis Motor Speedway it only seems natural. Here’s what I used: I bought a plain red sleeper from a consignment shop for $1.99. I gave her the leftover fabric she can wave like a flag. Aww they looked so cute in all of their pictures. I mean who wouldn’t?
