Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 20 or until the kale is tender. I buy the big bunches of kale when they go on sale at Whole Foods and easily get 2-3 meals out of them and I ADORE the roasted frozen corn at Trader Joe’s. I’m not a professional cook! Just a regular gal who loves cooking and loves food!
