In a large skillet, saute the olive oil, garlic, onion, and peppers over medium-low heat until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir well to combine.
