As long as we buy them from an authorized source, we can get a guarantee as well. When we bought couches shortly after our marriage, we bought used. We were able to get a great deal on older couches that were very well-built. We’ve bought used video games as well. What about Buying New? What do you think?

Make sure you do the floor, your furniture, under the bed and couch, and of course inside your pet’s house (if they have one.). I sprinkle it around the foundation every month or so as well as put it in the back of my kitchen cabinets and under the sink. It seems to work well, and it works for killing fleas, too. Cut your grass.

Not only is it easy (which I love), but it is so inexpensive as well. You can peruse your local thrift stores for one as we did, or find them for just a few dollars at your local retail store. I spent the weekend on the couch, sick, and watching far too much Torchwood on DVD. My friend Bill actually first spotted them, as well as a wine colored pair at the thrift store. I was deliberating between the two colors when Bill pointed out that for 5 dollars, I might as well get both. I love big earrings.

I didn't do too much shopping because I am supposed to be on a break (which really isn't working out too well. I don't want to be at work, I don't want to do anything, but chill on the couch with a good book and some mint tea. oops), but I did get a beautiful floral dress and leather skirt for $10 each at H&M. Total: $65.50.
