Although these Disney projects discussed in this post are definitely happening, it is safe to say that a good portion of Disney’s endeavors are often delayed, reworked, or canceled all together. The plan is to create a location for commercial businesses to construct restaurants, hotels, and stores, with a bit of Disney flare.
