My favorite source of recipes is All You Magazine. This one came from SparkPeople’s Chef Meg and is featured in the 2011 ALL YOU Health and Fitness Special Issue. Put chicken,tomatoes, salsa, cumin and chili powder in crock pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. This was so incredibly easy to make and tasted delish.
