I still enjoy setting goals, but knowing I'll be in school full time from the end of January-May, then again from September-December, I'm keeping my goals simple-ish. Meditate or write in a gratitude journal. Between October and December ~ Go to bed before 11:30 pm. Eat low fat yogurt daily.
