We make it fun by getting together, having some wine, and making it a craft night. The total for all of the supplies (including some wine) was $150. I’d recommend making a couple of dummy invitations prior to starting on the rest, and definitely look up how to do things online; tutorials are your friend!

In the springtime, the grass is a lovely shade of green and flowers are blooming everywhere. Alternatively, go to the liquor store and buy a bottle of wine. Watching a movie from Netflix is definitely cheaper than springing for movie tickets. Your date will definitely appreciate you money management skills. Play Tourist.

and so when I heard about Campbell’s new Skillet Sauces I was definitely game to try them! Thai Green Curry with Lemongrass & Basil. Thai Green Curry with Lemongrass & Basil. Scampi with White Wine & Garlic (not provided). I love Thai flavors and so far the Thai Green Curry is my favorite.

Jamie and I first discovered Daiya Foods at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival in February. Here is the recipe for the cheese quesadillas we got to taste – definitely make them, you’ll love them! They had created some fun recipes with the cheeses and we were amazed when we tasted them that they were dairy free!
