However, there are ways to safely and beautifully reuse/restore items such as beds, sofas, chairs and decorative pillows. If you are going to attempt do it yourself upholstery, I recommend getting a tack puller and a staple gun that will be fairly easy shoot staples with and that will handle longer, thinner upholstery staples.

Petroleum jelly to slather on the inside of the mold, so you can get the concrete out and reuse the mold. I already had the Vaseline ,a wooden paint paddle and the water was readily available. A trowel or some other tool to get the cement out of the container and into your mold. A mold to shape your garden stone to the shape you want.
