My sister-in-law and her husband had one that they used and rented out and indicated that it was doing well. We carefully inspected all sales agreements, condo documents and association documents to make sure we understood and could live with the contents. That gave me the idea to start looking around for one too.

My sister-in-law did most of the planning, but I volunteered to help. Then I inserted each picture into an office text document and added a wide black border around it. The third week of March was my Mother-in-laws 90 th birthday. The family honored her with a family and friends celebration in the Missouri History Museum.
