If you have money to invest, should you put it to work when stock prices are rising every day, or should you wait until the market goes down? I’m not financial advisor or planner or trader or fund manager, but since I have money to invest, I wanted some answers to this question for my own purposes!

However, you should be informed of big economic movements like what is happening in Europe right now with Greece and the PIGS. Before the end of the year, a mutual fund manager may have a portion of cash on the books. But the markets are not always doom and gloom.
