We spoiled our children and we apparently are even more intent on doing so with our grandchildren! My parents were somewhat more interactive with their grandchildren (my kids). They also took the kids (one at a time) each year and entertained them by going to tourist attractions in their area. Why are we boomers more involved?

Addicted to the Screen

My spouse and I were grateful to have him occupied and entertained, but also chagrined he seems addicted to the screen. We loved watching TV and today’s kids do too. I watched way too much while my kids were growing up. Why should screen time be limited? Why limit something that fun? Set a good example! I love TV.
