Dad grew up on his parent’s farm with a wood stove, an outhouse and kerosene lamps. There is a plant called poke that the mountain folks used for greens, but the kids had another use for that plant. All they had to do was find some pony poop and plant it! I ended up freeze drying them in the garage!
