How do we decide if we should sell our home or stay put? My spouse and I are currently pondering this issue. What bothers you about your current home? Do you love your home, but hate the neighborhood? What will be an issue if you stay another 10 – 15 years? How will moving to a new home benefit you?

We have a one story ranch home of around 2300 square feet located on 6 acres within 4 miles of stores, medical care, entertainment, gasoline stations and more. Although our home is pretty age friendly already, we are now thinking about changes we should make to allow us to stay during the rough times of old age ahead.
