Saving SAHM Sanity

Between April and June ~ Implement a skin care routine. Meditate or write in a gratitude journal. ~ Eat breakfast everyday. And I don't mean just the cup of coffee I consume now. A real breakfast! ~ Be physically active for 15 minutes a day. Even if I just go for a walk. Eat at least one piece of fruit and one vegetable a day.

Saving Everyday

The debt of gratitude that I feel for all of you, most of whom I will never meet, is indescribable. So, we are taking a giant leap of faith, he is NOT resigning his contract in June and we are moving to the city we love: Nashville. Posts were slow, even non-existent at times.
