Between April and June ~ Implement a skin care routine. Meditate or write in a gratitude journal. ~ Eat breakfast everyday. And I don't mean just the cup of coffee I consume now. A real breakfast! ~ Be physically active for 15 minutes a day. Even if I just go for a walk. Eat at least one piece of fruit and one vegetable a day.
