I will be frugal on food when we get home, but notttttt this week. ? I had something called a mango pancake, which is sort of a weird name for what it is: fresh mango and whipped cream rolled up in a mango wrapper. I think the wrapper is sorta like a crepe, so that’s probably why it’s called a mango pancake.

Sunday I found a few slices of bread in the freezer, so Zoe had some French toast plus the rest of the bacon, and I had some whole-wheat blueberry pancakes. Thursday I found two chicken thighs in the freezer, so I salted them for a few hours, pan-sauteed them, and sliced them on top of a green salad with various veggies.
