We took my Mom with us to Florida in the 1980’s. Here is what I did (and am currently doing while planning a dream trip to Hawaii for all of us). You need a time-frame to figure out an estimated cost due to seasonally different rates on attractions, lodging and transportation costs. Plan on providing at least some funding.
