My hobbies range from reading to painting, pen-and-ink drawing, cooking/baking, and writing. I also want to have a sense of detachment from owning things, which is hard since I was raised by very acquisitive parents (my mom shopped for a hobby), so I am still unlearning those habits. I was able to make 4 pom poms out of 3 packages of tissue paper that I picked up at Hobby Lobby for $0.99 I bought a white table cloth (that I had to cut and tape to fit our square table) from Target for $3.50. For the goody bags, I raided the Target Dollar Spot. I love when they love the simple things! Goody Bags. I spent $17.49

One of the main things to consider when updating a room, whether it’s paint, artwork, furniture, etc. Colin’s room was painted an aqua like blue. So I needed to come up with a paint color that wasn’t too bold or bright, and was more in line with earth tones. I decided on a paint with primer from Home Depot.
