Our mission: Live WELL, On LESS Money. I bake the boats in the oven. Tuesday: Cheesy chicken, rice and broccoli casserole , homemade applesauce. I also made homemade chicken stock with the bones. I made my favorite Chicken & Waffles for dinner, and served with a spinach salad and homemade applesauce.

The community is very resourceful and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. If for some reason, it isn’t at that temp, you can place in a 350 degree oven until it gets there, but I have not had this problem with my method. Finished homemade chicken stock in the Instant Pot. Be careful of any splatter.

Our mission: Live WELL, On LESS Money. Tuesday: We had a lot of pesto ranch chicken leftover from last week , so I cooked some bacon in the oven and made chicken & bacon quesadillas. Thursday: Parmesan chicken tenders , mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, homemade sugar-free applesauce. Wednesday: Spaghetti night!

It is the careful use of goods and resources. as well as a multitude of talented others! What a rich resource. I spent an early morning (before day-break, to avoid turning the oven on during the heat of the day) stocking my freezer with home-baked coconut muffins (gluten and sugar free).
