What We Ate Saturday Leftover chipotle chicken on a salad. To make croutons, I usually just saute bread with butter and garlic powder on the stovetop and then do the final crisping in the toaster oven, on the air fryer setting. Seriously, if you have not tried this simple chicken marinade, you should!

We ate leftover ham & bean soup, kielbasa, and whatever we felt like eating. Tuesday: I made Burrito Bowls using leftovers from Monday night. Thursday : Pork tenderloin wraps with leftovers from Wednesday night. This Week’s Breakfasts, Lunches, and Snacks: For breakfast we ate eggs & toast and cereal.
