I buy the big bunches of kale when they go on sale at Whole Foods and easily get 2-3 meals out of them and I ADORE the roasted frozen corn at Trader Joe’s. Cost and nutrition. We ate ours with some leftover blue corn tortilla chips, sour cream, and a little Monterey jack cheese, but this is totally optional!
