I was introduced to roasted broccoli about two years ago and it quickly became my go-to way of preparing it. Roasting vegetables in general is my favorite preparation, so I don’t know why I had never done this with broccoli! Anyhoo…back to the broccoli. 1/4 Cup – Olive Oil.

Roasting brings out it’s nutty flavor and caramelizes it, so it’s completely different in taste and texture than when it’s steamed or boiled. My Oven Roasted Broccoli was the most popular (and most pinned ) recipe on the site last year! If you like broccoli, you should like that recipe too.
