He wants to retire early so he can do more woodworking, electronic fixing, and maybe work at a winery or brewery part-time. Concerts, I learned I don’t really enjoy, but I do love musicals and plays, so I’ve started asking for tickets as birthday or Christmas presents. Our dog I don’t plan to fully retire, either.

If you stick to an investment strategy, and use it no matter what the market situation, you’ve just got yourself a fast ticket to the poorhouse. In a secular bull market, it is beneficial for the average, part time investor to buy and hold. Buy and hold works in certain situations, and doesn’t work in others.

Outside of my blogging life, I work full time as a magazine editor/designer for a large national company and I also teach part-time at a local University. And for fun, I study new ways to save money in my life (yeah, seriously, I find that fun… ), garden, and spend time with my wonderful pets. Going out is expensive.

My husband drives for Uber every time he comes home from overseas and makes around $1000 a month working part-time. How to Get Free Movie Tickets. She finds most of the products she sells at yard sales and Goodwill outlets, where you pay a set price per pound. Start selling on eBay here. Drive for Uber.
