When I was done shooting this recipe, my son poured the extra sauce on top of fried shrimp, and he said it reminded him of coconut shrimp. Thanks to less mayonnaise and more Greek yogurt, it’s higher in protein. Using both gives the sauce more of that pizzazz I mentioned above and a more well-rounded flavor.

We paid an excavator (to dig the hole for the foundation), a well driller and a cabinet maker (for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets).
