There weren’t any McDonald’s but there were Steak and Shake and White Castle’s here and there. Most food at the grocery store came from the USA. Food/shopping. People cooked and ate at home. Lots of people had back yard gardens. Fast food was rare. Most people were thin. Go Frugal'
