My differing perspectives on vacation rental finances. We paid around $200,000 in 2007 for the property with an extra amount for furnishings and a slip in a yet-to-be-built boat dock. My Grandkids have grown up visiting the lake condo and love it. All of the above reasons were valid, and actually continue to be valid.
