It is so easy to incur debt and keep deferring payment. An acquaintance of mine inherited a 4 bedroom/2 bath home free and clear of any debt. He refused to get a job, find a roommate or develop any source of income. She wouldn’t go out and find a new job. Living above your means. Not paying your real estate taxes.
