By request: what I’m currently doing with weight-lifting

I got super skinny in mid-2018, leading up to the first time I left my marriage. My 2019 legs were way more powerful than my 2018 legs! But now I’ve gotten back into the habit of doing some weight lifting, and I am trying really hard to eat sufficient protein so I can build some muscle back.
