Good shoes are essential for me, as I have accessory navicular syndrome and like to be active. I have a rule now that if I want to buy a book, I need to donate one. I also will pay more for some specialty food items, as I have several food allergies to deal with, and we eat a no-sugar diet. Also, growing our own food.
